about the girl.

Born to Daniel and Kelly Bartley, Marissa is a junior at West Virginia University. She will turn 21 on October 10th. Her father is a retired football player who attended UWV and even went on to play in the NFL for a while. He now coaches to pass the time. Her mother is a freelance journalist specializing in travel.

She is majoring in Education and French, with the intention of becoming a French teacher. She can be a bit of an overachiever in classes, but tries not to take it too seriously. Her favorite thing to do is laugh, so she brings a healthy sense of humor to everything she does.

Personality wise, subdued is the way to describe her. Most of the time, she does not like to seek attention, but nor does she fear it. She's the girl at the party who has a few drinks then watches everyone else get smashed in amusement (so long as no one is hurt!). It takes a while for her to open up to someone, but once you've gained her trust and she does she's an open book, no holds barred.

storylines.

mkyla & isabll - bffs, inseparable and currently living in an apartment just off campus together.
joshuas - they dated briefly a while back, but ultimately decided they were better off as friends and they've remained that way since.
taylorbrooke - they're casual friends who can sometimes get along wonderfully but they also clash a lot about the most trivial of things.
macmillen - her favorite cousin!
holiman - party buddies who like to watch the others make fools of themselves.
